How can I register for an account?
Registering is easy! Once your school has purchased a subscription, go to themailbox.infobase.com and login with your school's Username and Password if necessary. This will take you to your school or district's homepage.
To create your own personalized homepage, click on "Your Profile" in the upper right corner of the screen. Then click "New User? Sign Up" at the bottom of the box. Create your profile by filling out the indicated fields. Be sure to choose your grade so we can set your homepage to the right edition. You will always be able to See Other Grades right from your homepage.
How can I update/change my sign-in credentials (email, password)?
- If you remember your "old" password, log in and click the circle profile icon in the top right corner of your screen. Then click "Profile." Click on Change Email and/or Change Password to reset either your email address or your password.
- If you’ve forgotten your “old” password, you can reset it by clicking "Your Profile" in the top right corner and then look for "Having Trouble Logging In."
- If you’re still having issues, don't receive the email in a timely fashion, or you don't have access to that email account any more, you can open a ticket with us and include the password you'd prefer and we'll reset it. Or, call our customer service department at 1-800-322-8755 (Press 7) between 9 AM and 5 PM (EST).
How can I update my profile information?
Once you log in, click on the circle Profile icon in the top right corner of your screen. Then click "Profile" to update your information.
